Refund Policy

Thank you for being a part of our community! Please carefully read our refund policy – it applies to every one, every time.

Payments are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Please consider your circumstances, such as job stability, pet health, relationship status, possibility of getting pregnant, etc, before placing your deposit for one of our programs. It is your responsibility to ensure you can attend the program before placing your deposit.

It is your responsibility to read and understand our cancellation policy before making a reservation. Naturally, no one books with the intention of canceling or postponing their training, but unexpected things do happen that can be beyond your control. We strongly recommend that you purchase cancellation insurance to cover any possible loss. Depending on the policy and conditions, cancellation insurance will pay for some or all cancellation fees. With most agencies, insurance must be purchased within 14 days of making your reservation.

We reserve the right to remove a participant from the program if their behavior is disruptive. Incomplete or inaccurate information on the application may result in dismissal from the program. In the event of dismissal, any refunds of tuition will be at the sole discretion of lead teacher.
